The Art of Making Perfect Biscuits.
There is something about a home-made biscuit that bring joy and a warm smile to the soul. My journey making a perfect biscuit was not easy. I went through a few batches and finally reap a harvest of beautiful tasty biscuits. With some practice, and don't give up, you can reap a harvest of yummy biscuits :)
1 cup of self rising flour.
1 stick of melted butter
1 cup of buttermilk
1 tablespoon of sugar (optional)
400 degree oven
until Golden Brown
The dough will come out very sticky.
so dust some flour on the dough and also dust flour on
the surface to roll out the dough. Roll out
the dough, it should have a pizza texture and
use a biscuit cutter to cut out the dough.
